You Bought the Practice. Now Make It Yours Online.
The Google reviews came with it. So did the old owner's name on your website, and a Google listing that still describes their practice. We fix both for $2,000, once. You see the finished site before you pay.
No cost unless you like what we build.
- Website rebuilt in your name
- Google listing rewritten for your practice
- Reviews kept, with a plan for new ones
- Site, hosting, domain and accounts in your name
What Came With the Practice
Google reviews
They stay with the listing, so you keep them. We show you how to add new ones that mention you and what you do.
Your Google listing
Services, photos and practice type written for the old practice. We rewrite them for yours.
Your website
Still has the old doctor's name, bio and photo. We rebuild it in your name.
Your web address and logins
The login for your web address (like yourpractice.com) is often held by the seller or their marketing company. Ask for it before you close. The full list is below.
Easy to miss: one listing we reviewed had 28 services, and two still began with the old practice's name. Another had 77 reviews and none mentioned implants, even though implants were the practice's main work.
How It Works
- 1
Send us the practice name and the seller's website.
- 2
We build your new site. You see the preview first and pay only if you like it.
- 3
We update your Google listing to match: services, practice type, photos and booking link.
- 4
You own everything: the site, hosting, domain and accounts. A plain-English guide shows where each one lives.
What we can't do: remove old reviews, or promise where you'll show up in Google. Nobody can.
Before You Close, Ask the Seller For
Use this list whether or not you hire us.
- The login for your web address (the domain), or a written transfer of it to you
- The website company's name, the contract end date and the cost to leave
- Your Google listing moved into your Google account, so you control it
- Google Analytics and Search Console access (they show how patients find your site)
- Permission to use their photos, or a plan to replace them
- The online booking login, so scheduling doesn't stop on day one
When You Don't Need Us
Keeping the seller's marketing company?
Keep them. You can call us when their contract ends.
Part of a corporate group or DSO?
If they run your website and Google listing, it isn't your call to make.
Everyone else: we're glad to help.
$2,000
One time. No required monthly fee, no contract.
Your new website, your Google listing, and 30 days of revisions after you pay. You see the preview first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.

Yes. Reviews belong to the Google listing, so they stay when ownership moves to you. Google only removes reviews that break its rules.
No one can promise where you'll show up in Google, and we won't. We do what we control: keep the old site's service and location pages, make sure old page links still work, and make the new site fast on phones.
Yes. Google checks name changes and changes to your practice type, so we make them carefully, not on launch day. The name on Google has to match your sign.
No. We build separately. Just check when their contract ends and who owns your web address (the domain) before you pick a launch date.
Just Closed? Send Us the Details.
Send the practice name and the seller's website. We'll tell you what we find before you decide anything.
