At first, patients have only your website and Google listing to go on. So the site introduces you: who you are, where you trained, what a first visit is like, which insurance you take, when you're open.
We use only the credentials you give us, and we never make up reviews. That section shows up when you have real ones.

Register your web address (about $12 a year) and send us the details. We build your preview.

About 60 days before opening
Check the preview on your phone. Send photos and your bio.

About 30 days before
Create your Google listing. Google then confirms it's real, usually by video, phone or postcard. That can take days, so start early.

Opening week
Site and listing go live with the same hours and booking link. Check both on your phone.

First 90 days
Ask each happy patient for a review, with a simple link. Never pay for reviews. Google doesn't allow it.

Yes. We need the name, address, phone, services and a bio for each dentist. Photos of the finished office can come later. Phone photos of the build-out work fine.
It's where everyone starts. Until reviews arrive, the site does the convincing. The launch list above shows how to ask for them once you have patients.
About $12 a year for your web address (the domain). Hosting, where the site lives, is free on Cloudflare Pages, in your own account. Paid hosting is optional, and most practices don't need it.
